GENERAL QUESTIONS
  1. What information do I need to sign up to receive services?

You would need to provide your first and last name, date of birth, and your medical assistance number or social security number.

2.  How old do you have to be to sign up for the program?

We are able to start seeing clients at the age and 5 and above. In special circumstances, a 4 year old may be able to receive services.

3,  Do I have to see a therapist in order to be in the program?

Yes, the therapist is the one who has to refer you into the program. Your PRP worker and therapist will collaborate to assure you are following the goals needed,

4, What if I already have a therapist?

Then you could ask your current therapist to complete our referral for you to be in our program.

5. How long does it take to start receiving services?

At a maximum, two weeks after we have received a referral for you.  In special situation, we can begin services immediately pending official approval.

6. How long do I have to be in the program?

As long as you feel as though you need services. Once all of your goals are met and you and your therapist feel that you are okay without PRP then you will be discharged.

7. Do I have to pay for your services?

We are currently only accepting clients who have Medicaid.  You will not pay out of pocket for our services.

 1. If I do not like the PRP staff that is assigned to me, could I get another one?

Of course, you would contact our office at 410-685-0162 and discuss any issues you are having.

2. How many times do I have to be seen by a PRP worker?

Adults are seen a minimum of 6 times a month and minors are seen a minimum of 4 times a month.

3. How long are the visits?

Each visit will be a minimum of 30 minutes.
